"Drawing - Dear Nebula"
The company Dear Nebula , a simplified joint-stock company registered with the RCS of PARIS, under number 952 979 227, whose registered office is located at PARIS (75011), 122 Rue Amelot, is organizing a competition with purchase obligation entitled "Draw - Dear Nebula" , accessible via the website www.dearnebula.com .
Article 1 - Duration
The competition will start on May 20, 2025 at noon and will end on August 30, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM.
Article 2 – Conditions of participation
The game is open to any natural person, adult or minor , residing in France or abroad, with a valid delivery address in a country served by the online store www.dearnebula.com , excluding members of the staff of the organizing company and their family, including cohabitants, and generally companies participating in the implementation of this game directly or indirectly.
Participation is limited to use in accordance with the shipping conditions defined by the organizing company.
Minor participants must obtain prior authorization from their legal representative to participate.
The organizing company reserves the right to request proof of this authorization at any time and to disqualify any participation that does not comply with this condition.
Legal representative authorization will be required for any winner under 18 years of age at the time of the draw.
Article 3 – Terms of participation
To participate, candidates must connect to the site: https://www.dearnebula.com, and only to this site, thus excluding any other method of participation.
- Participation is automatic from the moment a valid purchase is made.
- No additional action is required from the customer to participate.
- It is not possible to participate without purchase.

Each product purchased during this period entitles you to automatic entry into the draw .
Example: an order of 3 items = 3 participations.
Entries are personal and linked to the email address used when ordering. Participants are informed that the data provided on the order form is necessary for their entry to be processed and prizes to be awarded. They are therefore encouraged to ensure the validity of this information.
Candidates will be able to purchase as many products as they wish.
Article 4 – Conduct of the draw
The draw will take place on August 31, 2025 via random drawing software from the database of valid orders (identified by email address and number of items ordered).
Winners will be contacted by email within 72 hours of the draw and must respond within 7 days to confirm receipt of their prize. After this time, the prize will be reallocated to another participant.
The prizes will be sent, by post or electronically depending on the prize, to the winners, after they have reiterated the address to which they should be sent.
Article 5 – Lots
Participants can win the following prizes:
🎁 1st prize: a latest generation video game console of the winner's choice (PlayStation 5 pro, Xbox Series X or Nintendo Switch 2 – maximum value €800 incl. VAT)
💸 2nd prize: full refund of the winning order.
🎫 3rd prize: a €150 voucher including VAT valid on the website www.dearnebula.com for 12 months
The prizes are neither exchangeable nor refundable in cash.
In the event that the winners do not wish or are unable, for any reason whatsoever, to benefit from all or part of the prize won, under the conditions described in these rules, they lose the full benefit of said prize and cannot claim any compensation or compensation. The prizes will not be put back into play and the organizer may dispose of them freely.
The winners of the competition authorize any verification of their identity and address. Any indication of false identity or address will result in the winner's elimination. Similarly, the organizing company reserves the right to pursue by any means any attempt to circumvent these rules, particularly in the event of erroneous declarations.
Any additional details and practical information for the awarding of prizes will be given to the winners in due course.
Article 6 - Minimum number of participants
This competition will only be considered valid if a minimum of 150 and a maximum of 15,000 Participants validate their participation in accordance with the terms and conditions provided for in these regulations.
If this minimum number of participants is not reached before the closing date of the game, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the game, without any claim being made in this regard.
Article 7 – Personal data (GDPR)
The personal data collected is necessary for the management of the game. In accordance with the "Informatique et Libertés" law and the GDPR, each participant has the right to access, rectify, oppose and delete their data by writing to: contact@dearnebula.com .
Participants may request not to appear or to be removed from the file at any time. They will have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning them upon simple request to the game address, in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, amended by Law No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and Decree No. 2005-1309 of 20 October 2005.
You can therefore request that information concerning you that is inaccurate, incomplete, equivalent, ambiguous or outdated be rectified, completed, updated or deleted by writing to the game organizer.
No data will be transmitted to a third party without explicit consent.
Article 8 – Responsibilities
Dear Nebula shall not be held liable if, due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, the competition must be modified, postponed, or cancelled. This includes, in particular, the replacement of prizes with prizes of equivalent value, changes to dates, any postponement, or any cancellation.
Without prejudice to any legal action and its right to terminate the participant's registration, the organizing company is not required to send any prize or winnings to the beneficiary participant if the latter has not correctly entered his or her contact details when registering (i.e. when ordering), if he or she has clearly and by any means succeeded in falsifying the result of the game or has not complied with the rules.
It reserves the right to disqualify any participation that is fraudulent or contrary to these rules.
The organizing company cannot be held responsible if the prize or the prize is damaged due to transport operations. It declines all responsibility for the quality and/or condition of the prize upon delivery as long as it has implemented all reasonable means to ensure correct delivery (i.e. packaging normally expected during a standard delivery for physical prizes).
Participation in the Game via the Internet implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the technologies used by the Internet and related technologies, in particular with regard to technical performance, response times for consulting, querying or transferring information, the risks of interruption, and more generally, the risks inherent in any connection and transmission, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network. It is expressly recalled that the Internet is not a secure network. The organizing company specifies that the use of hypertext links may lead the participant to other websites, independent of the organizing company. In this case, the organizing company cannot assume responsibility for the activities of third-party sites.
Unless expressly agreed in advance, no participant is authorized to create a hyperlink between the site and another website, without incurring liability.
The organizing company cannot be held responsible for the malfunction of the site(s) and/or the game for a given browser. The organizing company does not guarantee that the sites and/or the Game will operate without interruption or that it does not contain any computer errors, nor that the defects observed will be corrected. In the event of a technical malfunction of the Game, the organizing company reserves the right, if necessary, to invalidate and/or cancel the Game session during which the said malfunction occurred. No claims will be accepted in this regard.
The organizing company cannot be held responsible if the data relating to a participant's registration does not reach it for any reason for which it cannot be held responsible (for example, an Internet connection problem due to any reason on the part of the user, a temporary failure of our servers for any reason, etc.) or if it arrives illegible or impossible to process (for example, if the participant has computer hardware or a software environment that is unsuitable for their registration, etc. ).
The organizing company cannot be held responsible for any deficiency in the live chat tool. This tool does not determine the proper functioning of the Game and its deficiency is not likely to harm the player in any way. Any information communicated by the winner, in particular the winner's contact details, will be considered null and void and will not be taken into consideration if it contains any inaccuracy.
The organizing company cannot be held responsible for any damage of any nature (personal, physical, material, financial or other) occurring during a player's participation in the game.
The company shall not be held liable:
- If a participant was accidentally disconnected by the telephone company or their Internet service provider,
- If a participant forgets to enter their contact details,
- If a participant experiences any technical failure (poor condition of the line, of the device used),
- If a technical failure of the telematics server or the game switchboard telephone prevents a participant from accessing the participation form,
- In the event of an EDF outage or server incident. Consequently, the Game organizer cannot be held responsible under any circumstances, without this list being exhaustive :
- The content of the services consulted on the site and, in general, of all information and/or data disseminated on the services consulted on the site,
- From the transmission and/or reception of any data and/or information on the Internet,
- Any malfunction of the Internet network preventing the proper running/functioning of the Game,
- Failure of any receiving equipment or communication lines,
- Loss of any paper or electronic mail and, more generally, loss of any data,
- Routing problems,
- From the operation of any software,
- The consequences of any virus, computer bug, anomaly, technical failure,
- Any damage caused to a player's computer,
- Any technical, hardware or software failure of any kind, which prevented or limited the possibility of participating in the Game or damaged a player's system.
It is specified that the organizer of the Game cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from an interruption, malfunction of any kind, suspension or termination of the Game, for any reason whatsoever, or for any direct or indirect damage which would result, in any way, from a connection to the Internet site.
It is the responsibility of each player to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment against any attack.
The connection of any person to the site and the participation of players in the Game is done under their sole responsibility. The responsibility of the organizing company cannot be incurred if, due to a case of force majeure or beyond its control, this Game should be modified, shortened or canceled.
In all cases, it reserves the right to extend the participation period.
Article 9 – Acceptance of the regulations
Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of these rules. They are freely available at the following address: www.dearnebula.com/reglement-jeu-concours or upon simple request by email.
Article 10 - Obtaining this regulation
These regulations can be obtained free of charge upon simple request made to the organizer (by email to the address: contact.dearnebula@gmail.com ).
Article 11 - Applicable law
The Game, the rules and its interpretation are subject to French law.
